Our Team

Dr. Luke J. Emberlin, Au.D.

Owner | Audiologist

Dr. Luke J. Emberlin’s lifetime dealing with hearing impairment and hearing devices drives him to give educated honest advice and spend time with his patients to maximize their hearing potential.

“I am so grateful to be able to serve Gallatin Valley as a doctor of audiology. I, too, have a hearing impairment and was diagnosed with ‘severe to profound hearing loss’ early in life. I was fitted with my first set of hearing devices when I was 2 years old.

My own hearing loss, and the challenges that loss creates, were the springboard into my profession in hopes of assisting and educating others who struggle with some form of hearing loss. My professional goal is to improve my client’s quality of life by enhancing their ability to communicate, understand and connect with others.

My personal promise as a doctor of audiology is that I will provide you with the most thorough hearing care you can experience. For me, Bridge Hearing Center is more than just a business, it is a way of life. If it wasn’t for hearing devices that helped me understand conversation, I would have never met nor married my wife. So, we don’t push products but rather introduce opportunities that cutting-edge technology creates for those that struggle with hearing loss. Find out what opportunities you or a loved one have been missing. Set up an appointment today!”

Janet Landers: Patient Care Coordinator and Licensed Audiologist Assistant Bridge Hearing

Janet

Patient Care Coordinator and Licensed Audiologist Assistant

Janet is a licensed Audiologist Assistant in the state of Montana, with specialized training from Nova Southeastern University. She works closely with the Audiologist to support patients during appointments and specializes in repairing and maintaining hearing aids to ensure they perform at their best.

Her professional expertise is complemented by personal experience—having lived with hearing loss in her left ear since childhood, Janet possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with auditory impairments. This perspective informs her compassionate approach and dedication to helping patients improve their hearing and quality of life.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her outdoors—fishing, camping, riding dirt bikes, or searching for unique rocks on her latest adventure.

Valerie Gunderson: Patient Care Coordinator

Valerie

Patient Care Coordinator

“Born and raised in Kodiak, AK, I love the beauty of nature and getting out and about in it. My family and I made the trek from Alaska down to Montana in 2019 for career growth and we couldn’t be happier! My husband is a surgical technologist at Bozeman Health and we are close knit with our (basically adult!) son and daughter. I enjoy cooking, hiking and snuggling up for some good movies or shows with my loves. I worked for over 20 years in the dental field and have a genuine passion for helping others.

Being a Patient Care Coordinator at Bridge Hearing Center is rewarding in so many ways. I appreciate the patient interactions, getting to put a smile on someone’s face, and ultimately, getting the chance to help improve someone’s life and wellbeing. The care, experience, and commitment to excellence that Dr. Emberlin brings to our patients is second to none, and I’m excited be to be able to help bring that to our community!”

HOW WE GIVE BACK
to Our Community

We are grateful for the Southern Montana community and do our best to give back when we can. We do this through our work with the VA and by attending conferences with the Montana Audiology Guild. We aim to provide accessible hearing education and care to those in Belgrade and Bozeman.
